Tuition Fee: Foundation/diploma programs: RM9000 to RM11,000 (USD3000 to USD3500) per year.

Degree programs (3-4 years): RM12,000 to RM15,500 (USD4000 to USD5000) per year

Postgraduate programs: RM30,500 to RM46,000 (USD10,000 to USD15,000) for the entire program.

Accommodation Cost: The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) estimates the cost of living for students to range from RM12,000 to RM17,000 (USD3800 to USD5400) per year. This amount includes food, accommodation and transport.

Ease of Obtaining a Visa:

The Malaysian Government policy, through the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the support of the Immigration Department of Malaysia, is to encourage international students to study in institutions of higher learning in Malaysia. As such, it has introduced simplified and hassle-free entry procedures. Applicants simply have to meet minimum visa requirements and show evidence of their ability to finance their studies and living expenses in Malaysia.
